We are really excited for all of those who have already signed up for Tumblr Gym Personal training. We have just a few more spots left available for this month so here’s a little background for those who haven’t heard about it yet! 

Over the years many of you have expressed interest in online personal training. So I have talked to our resident personal trainer and fitness expert Robert about providing his personal training services online to our followers. He is a certified personal trainer with a degree in Kinesiology. He has taken the time to develop a system of online personal training where he can provide the same level of attention and help that he provides in his in person training. None of the training is prefabricated and each training program is tailored directly to your needs. Coach Robert can work with the equipment you have available to you to prepare you for whatever you want to accomplish. Train the way you feel comfortable training with somebody that understands you. Not some bro-science personal trainer without a certification at a gym.
