Right now you just want nothing more than to relax, watch tv, and scroll through tumblr. But these are the days it’s important to do the right thing and get some exercise. If you were planning to workout today or know you should. Take 30 mins or an hour right now. Go out for a run, head off to the gym, or just pick one of the videos off of our tumblr. Do the best you can and make yourself proud. You’re going to feel better about yourself after. You will be closer to your goal. After your workout you can rest and do whatever else you wanted to do.
