We worked with certified personal trainers and kinesiologists to build an amazing 30 day full body fitness program that can be done even in the smallest rooms. All the workouts are quick, simple, and barely need any equipment. We made this program to take away the excuses. Time, money, and space is no longer a reason not to exercise.

You can work with our ACE certified personal trainer to analyze your fitness goals and create a training program tailored to your needs and abilities. Strawberry Coolers
2 cups chilled orange juice
1 1/2 cups hulled strawberries
1 tablespoon sugar, or to taste
1 1/2 cups chilled ginger ale
Step 1
Combine orange juice, strawberries and sugar in a blender; blend until the berries are pureed.
Step 2
Place the berry puree in a large pitcher. Add ginger ale; stir to combine. Serve over ice.
MAKE AHEAD TIP
Prepare through Step 1, cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Add ginger ale just before serving.
