Before: 220, After: 170

I’m still not at my goal weight but I’m not concerning myself too much with weight because I’m strength training right now and just want to tone up and build muscle

I’m 33, currently around 210lb, trying to get down 20-30lb. Still not confident enough to post my before pictures (giant belly… ugh), but I plan on having awesome results when I’m done.

I don’t really have a “before” picture because it never occurred to me to take one. When I started working out and eating clean I wasn’t really aiming for anything crazy but now it’s a complete addiction. This is my “during” picture I still have a long ways to go before I’m where I want to be.  I do 30 - 45 minutes of cardio five times a week and lift 5 - 6 times a week and I try not to eat processed foods but I allow myself the occasional cheat day.

I don’t have a before picture, but I dropped 30lbs after I graduated college in December of 2012. The hardest I’ve ever worked on myself in my life. Full diet and determination… I plan on competing in 2014 in as many power lifting competitions as I can. I was told by doctors that with my bad back I wouldn’t be able to do something like this. I just use it as motivation to push myself harder and succeed. I’ve come to far to back down now. Don’t give up, Don’t give in.
