Feeling good!

This is me in the same dress:

Height: 1.7m

GW: 65-70kg

It has been a difficult year, I lost 10kg in 2013 only to gain 7kg back in 2014. I have now lost 4kg of that again through clean eating and daily walks. Things can only get better from here!

On the left is November, 2013 and 207lbs - ugh.
On the right is now, May, 2014 and 145lbs.
I am 5’6’
I work out 6 times a week. Fitness, cardio, running, swimming, piloxing, fitbox.
I completely changed my eating habits, no sugar, no coke, lots of fruits and vegetables, chicken, water, green tee.
Still not where I would like to be, still 22 lbs to lost and make a more muscles but I am definitely closer and I finally started to love my body.

Before: 220, After: 170

I’m still not at my goal weight but I’m not concerning myself too much with weight because I’m strength training right now and just want to tone up and build muscle

I’m 33, currently around 210lb, trying to get down 20-30lb. Still not confident enough to post my before pictures (giant belly… ugh), but I plan on having awesome results when I’m done.

I don’t really have a “before” picture because it never occurred to me to take one. When I started working out and eating clean I wasn’t really aiming for anything crazy but now it’s a complete addiction. This is my “during” picture I still have a long ways to go before I’m where I want to be.  I do 30 - 45 minutes of cardio five times a week and lift 5 - 6 times a week and I try not to eat processed foods but I allow myself the occasional cheat day.
