Getting in shape is a very simple thing. You make a plan and then you stick to it until you see results. The problem is knowing what you exactly you should be doing. There are a million plans online, workout videos, and just about anybody is willing to tell you what you should do even if they don’t know what they’re doing. But I’m here to make it simple for you. 

I’ve made it my life’s goal to learn as much as I can about fitness as possible. I’ve gone to college and gotten a degree in Kinesiology, Been certified as a personal trainer by one of the best fitness organizations out there. I’ve sat through seminars, read articles in journals, and learned from the best. The fact is that you have other things you need to worry about school, work, and family. You don’t have the time to spend years studying fitness just to learn how to get in shape. Nor should you have to do any of that.
