this low calorie version of classic french toast, it only has 60 calories per slice!
ingredients:
- 3 tbsp skim milk (17 calories)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 packets of splenda
- 2 tbsp egg whites (23)
- 2 slices of light bread (40 calorie per slice)
-put a small frying pan on the stove, turn on to low heat.
-mix together the almond milk, and egg-whites
-add the cinnamon, and splenda to the mixture
-soak bread in mixture
-spray pan with cooking spray, then cook bread until golden on both sides.
-enjoy!each slice of french toast has 60 calories, so eat the whole thing guilt free for only 120 calories.
*you can add sugar free maple syrup which only have 15 calories for 1/4 cup, or sugar free jam, which has 10 calories a tbsp.
