Everyone starts somewhere, it is NEVER too late to start, and ANYONE can work towards change if you want it bad enough.

work it girl!

This is why I love the fitblr community. Most people would see this gif and find something mean to say about it. But we see hope and determination. So wonderful and positive

i think she can manage jumping jacks better than me. nothing but respect.

Never doubt yourself. She can do it, you can do it.

I hate workout videos and “30 day shred” is no exception. However I really love that when instructing you, Jillian Michaels insists that you do jumping jacks no matter your size.
I meet too many people who are scared to do things because they think they’re “too big” or “too weak” and they will hurt themselves.
Well I’m here to tell you that until you have a legit injury or medical condition where someone with an actual legit certification in knowing about that injury or condition tells you that you shouldn’t do something… then you should do it. You should try it. It can help you.
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
JUMPING JACKS, BURPEES, WEIGHTED SQUATS AND RUNNING!
If you stay too afraid of hurting yourself, whether you’re 100 lbs or 400 lbs, you’ll never make progress—and that’s objective. Your body and your health does NOT improve from doing nothing. You’re not going to die from jumping jacks, hurt your back from running or hurt your knees squatting—I don’t care if you’re obese or thin or whatever.
