Well I’ve always had a passion for fitness and health growing up. I loved learning how the human body works. I also enjoy helping out people a lot. So it comes as no surprise that when I entered college I became a kinesiology major (for those of you who don’t know we study the art and science of human movement) My particular area of study in kinesiology is Applied Fitness and active lifestyle development. I’m going in to my last semester so I should hope I have a pretty solid grasp of subjects relating to health and fitness. I also happen to work in a gym and work with disabled adults treating their deficits using exercise therapy. This is a subject I’m passionate about and I live and breath every day. Thank you for asking!
