so I finished day 5 of bikini burn today, and I can already feel a difference in my body, mood, and mind-set.

I was able to do more than I was the last legs day, and had a lot of fun during this workout even though it really pushed me.

Since I listen to music when I work out, i decided to dance and do high knees during the breaks which kept up momentum.

I love this, can’t wait for day 6!
