That was SO MUCH FUN!!!! I’m so excited to get my rowing muscles back, and I feel like this is really going to help tone all that! I honestly haven’t been this excited about a new workout since forever…can’t wait for Day 2!
Today was cardio! Man was it cardio. Prepare to sweat your butt off on cardio days. Trust me, you’re going to want to stop, but if you push yourself you are going to feel so amazing. Getting through the split jumps was hard, and my legs were sore, and my heart was pounding, but once I finished I knew it was another day I could check off my calendar! This HIIT workout is great, and I love it! I’ve already started to notice that I feel slimmer and I feel healthier and I just feel happier. Of course I’m teaming this crazy workout with a healthy diet and I’m definitely getting a lot closer to reaching my goals!
Hi guys it’s me again! I thought I’d share my end results of “Bikini Burn”. I’d first like to say this was not just a result of this workout but also a change in the way I eat. I adapted a healthier lifestyle…not just a ‘diet’ those don’t work! But anyways this is only about 10lbs of weight lost. My body toned so much muscle over these 30 days I can’t believe it!!! So now it’s onto the 30 Day shred! I’ll keep you updated (:
