Who says New Year’s Resolutions are doomed to failure? This is my very first selfie ever! I’m down 30 pounds, and I’m no where near finished. Next step is more lean mass. How did I do it? Healthy eating and food logging, climbing, and crossfit six days a week. It isn’t easy, but it’s been so so rewarding.
