I’m at an actual gym this time. And provided my work schedule doesn’t change too drastically, I’ll actually be able to finish it this time.
Day One: Legs- my lower body is,much stronger than it was the last time I tried this. So, I’m adding some extra weight to the squats.
Day Two: Arms- ow. I have really bad shoulders, like my joints are bad. But, I’m trying. I’m hoping to improve upon my push up skills. We’ll see.
