Day 6 & 7 of Bikini Burn. I was so busy yesterday so I wasn’t able to upload my progress for Day 6. My body is still sore but the sets are becoming tolerable. Nothing changed with the picture, I still have a bloated tummy. haha But the warm-ups and downs are now bearable. I am getting STRONGER. I still remember my 1st day of Bikini Burn, I was already exhausted with the warm up phase.hahaha Split Jumps was still hard for me as well as moderate push-up. I wonder if I will be able to have my first successful push-up before the end of this challenge. Can I do it? I’m still not sure.hahaha Just push harder SHOBE!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!! Fighting! :)

I did Bikin Burn day 6 yesterday, and definitely found planks and burpees easier this time around!

I’ve noticed I’m waaay less sore than the first time I did each workout - it’s amazing how quickly our bodies adapt and get stronger :)
