So it’s been 11 days since I started the Bikini Burn and so far I love it. The first week was definitely tough, but as the days go on I can feel myself getting stronger and they’re getting easier. Of course, I’m not quite finished yet. I still have 19 days left and I’m super excited to see what the result is in the end. My before and during pictures may not seem like much, but I can totally see the small changes that are happening and I’m proud of them. Of course, it’s not only the workout that has brought me this far. Clean eating is the way to go! I do try to eat as clean as I can and if there’s a time where I cannot eat as clean I just remember moderation and never over-do it. I started this 11 days ago when I saw a Bikini Burn before/after photo submission and it really inspired me and I can only hope to bring inspiration to others as well. I will make sure to post the results when I get there and hope that they’re just as inspiring as others photos have been.
