losing weight hit me when i reached my heaviest (about 220 lbs) after having my daughter back in 2009, that whole year before i started my weight loss journey, i struggled with body issues, even before having my daughter i was NEVER below a size 9. In August 2010 it finally clicked to dramatically change the way that i looked - after tons of cardio and eating right i’ve been able to lose about 100 lbs. I’m happier now with my body more then ever currently about 120, this is the lightest i think i’ve ever been that i can remember.
If i can do it you can too! Keep up the motivation and you’ll get there too!
I can not stress this enough… If you skipped your morning workout…
If you caved in and got fast food…
If you said you would only eat one cookie, but ended up eating 10…
If you said you would run a mile, but gave up after a quarter of a mile…
IT IS OKAY
Take a deep breath. Right now. Do it.
Now relax. Stressing about those extra calories will create more fat than the actual calories will.
Next meal, eat healthy
Next workout, go harder
BUT WHATEVER YOU DO
Do NOT give up on today. Do NOT say that you have already ruined your diet, so you might as well eat like shit the rest of the day. Your body does not reset when you go to sleep. Weight loss is a 24 hour battle.
You are only giving up on yourself.
Tell yourself you are worth it. Make good decisions starting NOW, not tomorrow.
