i want to get rid of the fat in my stomach area. what is the best/most effective and fastest way??
There isn’t any way to target fat loss for a specific area of the body sadly. It’s impossible to spot reduce. But you can lower the amount of body fat you have which will eventually lead to fat loss in your stomach area. The most effective way to lose weight is to reduce the amount of calories from your BMR total by 250-500 calories.

The other half of losing the weight is exercise. Cardio exercise tends to be the best for allowing you to burn a larger amount of calories in a shorter amount of time. You can find out how many calories burn in a specific type of fitness activity by using this website here.
To lose a pound of fat you must burn 3500 calories. The reduction of 500 calories already has you on pace to lose a pound of fat per week. The more exercise you have during the week the more possible weight you can lose.
if I did ab workouts ( a variety ) 2 times a day with as many reps until I can't take it no more, do you think I could see results within 2 months? or will it take more?
Well it’s important to understand that the abs are just like any other muscle. At a certain point there is only so much you can work out a muscle in a day. Also it’s important to give your abs time to repair and grow. If you work them out every day you are just going to slow down your results. My suggestion would be to do one intense workout once a day with at least a rest of a day to two days in between ab workouts. I think its totally possible to start getting some good results in two months. I know I did. I did about 2-3 ab workouts spaced out through the week and I got really good results because my muscles had time to repair for the next workout. A suggestion for an awesome ab workout to do once a day would be the ab ripper x videos.

If you do this 15 min workout 3 times a week for two months you will get some really solid abs going on. We live in a world where more is often seen as better. But in the world of fitness it isn’t always the case. Honestly this 15 min workout done 3 times a week is all you need. Any extra is either unproductive or could actually cause you to slow down your results. Also a large component of visible abs is your diet. If you have fat covering them up you might not be able to see them. So make sure you dont neglect that as well.
